◦ Identify private and public needs for urban agriculture projects in Romania◦ Design and propose solutions for urban gardening and urban composting for families and private sector in orderto improve local environment and benefit community as a social or educational activity◦ Create a solid network and partnerships in order to be able to deliver together high quality feasibility and design studies as well as to implement urban agriculture solutions (raised beds gardens, rooftop farms, community andeducational gardens)◦ Identify, initiate and get involved in actions such as:1. educate citizens to gardening in urban area and community composting - EIT seed founding grant with "Food for the Earth, composting communities for Climate" project2. implement composting projects in schools - URBACT European project (2022)3. raise awareness about eating local, healthy food, healthy soil, permaculture, no till gardening and regenerative agriculture4. grow new green landscapes in the urban areas for greener more resilient cities5. accompany municipalities in their project of mitigation and adaptation planning6. train teams from romanian public institutions on biowaste management and composting as external expert in project financed by European Investment Bank (2023)7. Advocacy for Academia de Compost 2024-2025. Mission : updating Romanian legislative frame by including proximity composting practices as complementary solutions for biodegradable waste management.

* Together with the farm manager insure the production of organic vegetables at BIO&Co social farm (5 hectares including 4000 m2 of greenhouses);* Improve the farm’s design and operation process;* Implement techniques for the farm’s sustainability with respect of soil, biodiversity and people;* Promote social farming for rural poverty reduction;* Facilitate communication, accountability and motivation of the permanent and temporary team;* Analyze potential development opportunities and projects, propose new products or activities and find solutions to different challenges;* Work in the field where needed (crop planning, soil preparation, composting platform management,sowing, planting, maintenance, irrigation, harvesting);* Waste management strategy and implementation;* Management ofagriculturaladministrative files and organic certifications;

◦ Advise employers and implement unconventional cost&time effective, modular solutions and tools for their recruitment projects: employer branding and job add visibility, social network campaigns, recruitment events◦ Initiate and conduct career events for employers (jod dating, worshops, mini job fairs with up to 25 candidates coming to a panel interview resulting in 50%hire ratio per event)◦ Develop and maintain relationships with students career centers and campus leads. Maintaing relations with Universities as speaker and trainer in career and professional orientation workshops ◦ Manage all aspects of technology job requisitions including job postings, sourcing talent, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, salary negociation and coaching. Successfully lead full life cycle recruitment projects (30 on average per year) and recruit passive and active candidates with advanced language skills in a diverse market.

Manage projects in employer branding and recruitment marketing for IT industry employers. • Continuously analyze the needs of our team (recruiters, commercials, management) in order to deliver the right tools for their activities; • Redesign the company’s visual identity graphic chart (logo, website, .ppt presentations, social media accounts and pages, blog and testing center website);• Test and improve our CRM demos for the end users (employers and recruitment companies);• Write content in French and English for 2.0 recruiters on social media; • Conduct market research on competitors;• Write website and blog specifications in English for the development team in an Asian country, and follow their implementation;• Create and develop on regular basis online contests dedicated to IT professionals in order to expand our pool of candidates.
