Different Colombian Fields

• Provided technical support on various onshore Colombian fields with optimisation of drilling performance. Monitored hydraulics and drilling parameters in real time (i.e. weight on bit, rpm, torque, gpm, pressure.
• Achieved records in ROP applying new bit technologies and increasing rate of penetration by 100% in section 12.25” and 30% in section 8.5 in.
• Enhanced hole conditions in section 8.5 in by running Andereamer® in field Castilla, obtaining excellent results during wiper trips and pulling borehole assembly out of drilled hole.
• Successfully ran bit 8.75 in after drilled bit EZcase® casing drilling 12.25 in and section 8.75 in (7500 ft) with minimum wear (dull bit grading).
• Prepared daily and final reports analysing tool performance, evaluating potential failure sources and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Lead a team of 18 Field Engineers, managing project allocation and mobilisations.
