Computer Engineer from the ETSI Informática, University of Malaga (1998) and PhD. from the ETSI Informática, University of Málaga in the program "Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence" (2011).Member of the research group ICT-224 "ATICS: Applying ICT to Society" at the Andalusian Centre of Innovation and Information Technology and Communications (CITIC). Previous to joining CITIC she was part of the research personnel at the University of Malaga in the Department of Languages ​​and Computer Science, where she belonged to the research group ICT-135 "IAIA: Research and Applications in Artificial Intelligence."Her career began as a programmer in NOVASOFT, where she worked on the development of products related to hospital management. During her time at the university, she was mainly involved in projects related to e-learning systems, in which user modeling techniques, probabilistic (bayesian) models, machine learning and data mining techniques were appliedDuring her time at CITIC, where she was involved in projects relating to interactive DTT, health monitoring systems, advanced human-machine interfaces and data processing.Currently she develops her professional activity at Comercial del Sur de Papelería S.L. where she is part of the developer team in charge of the development and maintenance of applications for e-commerce.
