· Give support on the payment of monthly salaries and social security contributions and bonuses, salary areas, salary settlements, processing work accidents (sickness procedures), and the appropriate work processes to meet deadlines.· Administrative, operational, and legal assistance within the organisation.· Act has a point of contact regarding HR queries (admin & payroll) via ticketing tool (Remedy).· Actively participates in the implementation of new HR admin & Payroll processes & projects. · Produces HR Reporting.· Support and assist employee exit and on-boarding process.· Maintaining employee records and processes and ensure of effective use and maintenance of data on company's HR information systems.

· Conducting thorough legal research on various topics relevant to the organization's needs.· Analyzing legal documents, laws, regulations, and precedents.· Summarizing and presenting research findings to the legal team.· Drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, contracts, agreements, and correspondence.· Ensuring all legal documents are accurate and comply with relevant laws and regulations.· Monitoring changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.· Overseeing the lifecycle of contracts from initial drafting to execution and renewal.· Ensuring contracts are reviewed and approved according to the organization’s policies.· Tracking contract obligations and deadlines.

· Overseeing and managing litigation and dispute resolution processes.· Working with external legal counsel and managing litigation strategies.· Identifying and assessing potential legal risks facing the organization· Developing and implementing internal policies and procedures.· Ensuring policies are up-to-date and comply with legal requirements.· Communicating legal issues and solutions effectively to non-legal staff.
