Cristina Dam has proven over and over again that she is a motivator, leader, and innovator. By age 25, she became the CEO and founder of Liberation, Inc., Her prior management experience within two separate major corporations ignited her motivation. Fueled with determination to expand, she branched out and opened two other businesses: Liberate Emporium, a retail store and healing center, and NLP Training Los Angeles, a corporate training and speaking company. Besides owning and operating two successful businesses, Cristina has invested a substantial amount of time in philanthropic endeavors. She created a Los Angeles-based program where she worked one-on-one with parolees to transition and reacclimatize them back into society. In addition, she also organized and founded a substance abuse prevention program for inner city youth. Today, her main focus is to create a travel website that will inspire people to travel and explore their own cities as well as the rest of the world. Her own personal adventures around the world made it very clear that she can catapult her Xplorer concept into realization. With a business-minded approach and a ‘toolbox’ full of education and experience, she is ready to launch the website that will change lives and motivate humanity.
