About Cristina Elson Alfonso

With over 27 years of experience, and more than 15 working in the Marketing Departments of leading international companies such as Diageo, Bacardi, Gallina Blanca, Revlon, and Natura Bisse, I have developed a global strategic vision for managing, developing, and consolidating businesses and brands in international markets.In 2011, I founded B&E Consulting, S.L., providing advisory services to both B2C and B2B companies, nationally and internationally, focusing mainly on growth and expansion strategies, value creation, consumer experience, brand repositioning, and brand building.Key areas of expertise: New business development and brand building, smart retail and omnichannel distribution, new product development and market opportunities, communication strategies (IMC), and Digital marketing.I have extensive experience in project leadership and interdepartmental coordination, with a strong capacity for organization, planning, and executive follow-up.
