Following the development of the company over time, I became responsible for bridging strategy and execution in the organization.I maintain and direct the daily operations of the business, including coordinating operations, sales, accounting, agents, IT, legal, HR and reporting to the CEO and to the company's shareholders.I develop and implement policy for daily operations and ensure alignment with current company strategies and goals.Special projects: project manager for Sap business 1 development and implementation.

I joined the company active in the field of steel pipes trading since its start-up phase with the role of operations manager. My responsibilities include trade finance, documentary credit, logistic, import/export formalities, invoicing, distribution, customer service and controlling reporting to the CEO and the company shareholders. I also cooperate with traders and commercial agents for their operative support and coordination.

As an operational employee in a company active in the forwarding and freight field, I was in charge of the operative administration, prevailingly for maritime transports.I was daily involved in pricing,offers and customers operative assistance along with contacts with suppliers for costs negotiation, transport contracts and invoices control. I was also involved in C-Rent, a subsidiary active in long-term rentals in the automotive field.

Hired in a steel trading company for short products in Lugano in the operative and commercial office to become one year later operations manager.Under my responsibility all the back office, logistic and customer service duties reporting directly to the board of directors.My everyday challenges were purchase/sale contracts and orders workflow management, international suppliers coordination, supply programs control, logistic coordination, import formalities, invoicing and distribution.I was also involved in the documentary credit workflow in cooperation with the credit dept. and in the operative coordination for the Italian market of the sister companies based in Italy, Poland and Belgium.My duties also included the operative support and commercial assistance to traders and commercial directors.Special projects: key user for the operative department for the ERP development projects: AS/400 (in 2004) and Navision (in 2009).

As customer service manager for a writing products industry I was responsible for the orders workflow organization, for supply programs control and sale orders management reporting to the commercial managers.My daily tasks included also drawing of commercial offers, samples delivery and invoicing.I was also involved in internal cooperation and activities with the production, accountancy, export and logistic departments for operative plannings, orders workflow, debts collection and control purposes.I was also providing commercial and operative assistance to the area managers and I was involved in the organization and attendance in exhibition in the EU.Special project: key user for the commercial/operative department for SAP R/3 development.

As a sales area manager in the automotive field, I was responsible for direct sales, contracts and loan procedures reporting directly to the company holder.My main tasks included daily contact with several finance companies for loans, leasings and long-term rentals.I was also involved in local marketing campaigns and events organization and attendance.My skills in foreign languages were a plus for the office support in car import procedures from USA and Canada to Italy.

I started as a trainee in the textile field at Interseta, specialized in silk neckwear fabrics for the major top level fashion brands worldwide, and became Customer service manager and management assistant.I was responsible for production follow-up, delivery plans control, orders processing, shipments and raw material purchasing reporting to a member of the Board of directors.I was also involved with the technical dept. in complaints and quality issues and in the debts collection in cooperation with the administrative dept.As assistant to a member of the board of directors I was in charge of cost spreadsheets and price lists drawing along with events and travel arrangements, meeting organization and attendance, reports and statistics.Special project: implementation of AS/400 operative module.
