As a small business co-owner, I design everything in Illustrator, bringing ideas and handmade products to life. We offer cute and custom stationery such as engraved keychains, magnets, personalized stickers, cards and all things paper, sublimated mugs, vinyl decals for various purposes, cake toppers, etc. and I'm envolved in every aspect of the business, from designing, to manufacture and promoting it on socials with marketing strategies. Some part of our process is:- market research and suppliers;- designing digital mock-ups (we design digitally instead of making samples beforehand to avoid overstock - and to avoid running out of material to fulfill orders);- promoting on social media;- getting orders and buy materials accordingly;- handmake our products with love!Our process allows us to avoid waste and overstock, and to focus on each and every order at a time, making everything with the utmost quality.Working with crafts also allows us to make one of a kind gifts for our customers.

My main responsability as a 3D Garment Designer is presenting clothing simulations for customers in Vidya Assyst, with accurate material properties, including fabric textures captured in xTex software and accurate color representation scanned in Caddon by me, reducing the lead time of manufacturing samples before bulk production.I also prepare graphics in patterns for sublimation in CorelDRAW and prints for digital printing in Illustrator/CorelDRAW, which I print on a Mimaki printer using RasterLink.Some other tasks I do in the company include:- designing and updating our website, with photos, infos, content (which I helped creating from scratch);- maintaining visual coherency in all things digital and oficial documents (such as e-signatures, business cards, letter paper, labels, website);- giving vital information about embroidery/transfer/prints placement, which are key-elements in a technical sheet;- hand-in-hand with the development department to make sure tech packs are as complete with information as possible;- organizing fabric samples and scanning them in xTex and Caddon, keeping a digital copy of physical elements;- doing heat shrinkage and washing wrinkage tests to fabrics and passing them on to our pattern maker to make sure our measures meet customers requirements.

Working in parallel with my main function in the company I also worked briefly as a Commercial Assistant, filling product data in our PDM system Produz by analysing closely BOMs and Tech Sheets sent by our clients.I also worked with our purchase department to understand, develop and meet client expectations by making digital mock-ups of accessories and follow-up with our suppliers.

As a Freelancer Graphic Designer, I developed graphic patterns for various purposes, as well as branding for catalogues and technical files.

The duties as Size & Fit Agent included checking the correct sizes to shoot, the fabric weight and type and through research, make sure that the model was wearing the piece the right way, and proceed to check the fit, and take note of it. I also crosstrained as Styling Assistant.

As Deputy Director for Image and Marketing Department, I created engaging content for all social media outlets, as well as creating the branding image for the junior enterprise. I also played role in the rest of the enterprise, as a founding member.
