Cristina is a Managing Partner at The Partners Group, a national legal search firm where she focuses on recruiting, identifying, and placing attorneys in permanent positions in a variety of settings, including law firms and in-house legal departments. She has placed associates, partners, and various levels of in-house attorneys, including General Counsels. Her clients and candidates rely on her proven abilities to counsel them on the legal market and hiring trends. A proven and successful recruiter, Cristina has placed attorneys at AmLaw 100 firms and Fortune 500 companies.Cristina is a Past President of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) and served as a member of the Executive Board of GAWL for eight years, holding a variety of leadership positions. Cristina is a recipient of the GAWL Volunteer, GAWL Visionary, and the GAWL President’s Awards. Cristina is also a member of the Atlanta Bar, and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta.Cristina received a Bachelor of Science in Management with Honors from Georgia Tech and then was awarded a scholarship to attend USC School of Law. Upon graduating from law school, Cristina returned to Atlanta and worked in both the public and private sector, including at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals where she was a member of the prestigious Motions Unit and as a commercial litigator with Schulten Ward & Turner.

Past President of the Georgia Association for Women LawyersI served as President of GAWL for 2013-2014. GAWL is an organization that proudly serves the diverse interests of women lawyers around Georgia. I was a member of the GAWL Board for eight years and held various leadership positions, including President-Elect, Treasurer, VP and Chair of SPC, and Chair of Leadership. Was a member of the Motions Unit where I presented substantive motions to the active Judges and made recommendations and drafted Orders regarding the disposition of those motions.

Represented individuals with mental illness in jails,prisons, and hospitals that were victims of abuse and neglect.
