* Training as a supervisor, increasing my knowledge of the overall operations of the business.* Responsibilities involved, liaising closely with floor staff and managers.* Offering clear and concise communication to ensure a high-quality service and orders were not wrong.* Assisting on stock ordering, replenishment, and audits.* Increasing food and hygiene certification awareness and supporting others to maintain excellent levels of food hygiene awareness.

* Being a chalet host, I provided outstanding customer service and was friendly throughout communications by paying guests to have a wonderful holiday and representing the Neilson Holidays.

* I taught sessions from the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) syllabus, including school groups, clubs for kids, and private one-to-one lessons.
