Member of the Design Management department we manage projects developed with BIM methodology to follow the appropriate Construction Project Management. We control all the processes related to generate the good models for construction, starting from modeling and parametric enrichment (3D) for the adequate implementation of time (4D) and cost (5D) through this models. I am the BIM Expert focus in Autodesk software (Revit, Naviswoks) and his interoperatibility with cost and planning software as Presto (with Cost-it) and Synchro.In the same way our goal is also directed to the facility management (7D), providing our customers a model with all the necessary information for effective and optimal management throughout the life of the asset.I also give support in drafting offers services related to Project & Construction Management for developers and builders.Our philosophy is based in the coordination of all construction processes through the development of a Project Management Plan (with a project life cycle and a BIM Execution Plan) and BIM models to bring together all the stakeholders since early stages.
