Bachelor degree in Economics, graduated from the Federal University of Uberlândia (Brazil) and with a postgraduate degree in Business Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas (Brazil), living in São Paulo (capital) since 2001, mother of Bruno and Lara.More than 20 years of career, with consolidated professional experience in Key Account & Customer Service activities in the Supply Chain/Logistics sector, having also worked in Industries (Cirio, Bombril) and 3PL Logistics Operators (DHL, BOMI, LUFT, MARTINS), companies with Brazilian territory national coverage, a factor that contributed exponentially to my career growth and knowledge.Due to the activities carried out in these companies, my main strengths are linked to the management of operational routines, planning, strategy, service, development of opportunities and profitability analysis, bringing an increase in monthly/annual results, performance, strengthening of business partnerships and customer retention. These experiences were consolidated through the management of large accounts, with intensive monitoring of SLAs and process improvement, providing gains in operational efficiency and rationalization of resources through innovative work formats. Adding to the know-how obtained, I developed solid knowledge in terms of commercial proposals (up selling and cross selling), contractual negotiations, presentation of management reports, monitoring of KPIs, budget definition, implementation of new projects and new clients (onboarding).My career was also focused on building best internal processes and procedures, in addition to capacity and experience in leading people, having been responsible for the direct management of high-performance teams. I strongly support and encourage that sharing objectives with multifunctional internal teams is the best way to succeed, focusing on attitude through a “hands on” profile and philosophy of partnership with direct and indirect Clients.In my personal life, I participate in activities and groups at the Church I attend, enjoy long walks and I´m also a fan of movies, series and documentaries.
