Specifically focused on immigration and visa issues.-Organised development events for accelerator sessions for cohorts of fifteen companies or more. -In response to poor fiscal results, negotiated an initial collective bargaining agreement between Vodafone corporate and labour unions as the same time as negotiated a collective dismissal. Output during this engagement is the foundation for a two years agreement between all employees and a restructuration of the company. -Due to lack of comprehensive procedures, advised in HR Policy to address areas including recruitment, dismissals, training and expat matters that now form the foundation of HR Policy and Vodafone Spain, effectively operating in an HR Business Partner role.

-Directed a team responsible for the wellbeing of 500 merchant marines. Main activities included overseeing an HR budget of twelve million euros. Results included substantial cost savings by consolidating expenses for training/transportation and the avoidance of government fines due to strict internal policy adherence.-Interpretation and compliance with labour and international maritime law, which resulted in avoiding administrative fines and minimizing risk of employment claims.-Designed internal procedures which now form the foundation of HR Policy. This project was complemented with provision of training to ensure the involvement of employees in risk management.-Directly negotiated collective bargaining with unions. -Responsible for labour and social security proceedings in court. Outputs included cost savings due to reduced settlements paid due to a high, 80%+, win rate in court.-Lead due diligence on suppliers management. Identified and evaluated risk of illegal assignment of workers where the company was exposed to a criminal offence and administrative fines. Output of this process was cost saving on administrative fines and risk reduction related to headcount. This work was completed with provision of training to ensure the involvement of employees in risk management.-Lead due diligence on the acquisitions of a mid-size technology company including employee integration. Output of this process was the incorporation of 200 employees to Vodafone without any legal claims. -Advising managers how to conduct internal conflicts and compliance with internal processes. Output of this advice is minimizing risk of breach internal procedures and future employment claims against the business.-Advised the HR Director and Head of Labour Relations on unions and labour matters with employees. Included direct negotiation of the collective bargaining and design and implementation of a revised HR policy.

-Advised corporate clients across industries in litigation matters including high profile disputes at the Court of appeal. Further activities included due diligence in order to identify, evaluate, mitigate and management of legal risk in M&A operations.
