Output during this engagement is the foundation for a two years agreement between all employees and a restructuration of the company. -Due to lack of comprehensive procedures, advised in HR Policy to address areas including recruitment, dismissals, training and expat matters that now form the foundation of HR Policy and Vodafone Spain, effectively operating in an HR Business Partner role. -
Crew ManagerPao Sovcomflot 2008 - 2012Madrid Area, Spain-Directed a team responsible for the wellbeing of 500 merchant marines. Main activities included overseeing an HR budget of twelve million euros. Results included substantial cost savings by consolidating expenses for training/transportation and the avoidance of government fines due to strict internal policy adherence.-Interpretation and compliance with labour and international maritime law, which resulted in avoiding administrative fines and minimizing risk of employment claims.-Designed internal procedures which now form the foundation of HR Policy. Output of this process was cost saving on administrative fines and risk reduction related to headcount.
