Output during this engagement is the foundation for a two years agreement between all employees and a restructuration of the company. -Due to lack of comprehensive procedures, advised in HR Policy to address areas including recruitment, dismissals, training and expat matters that now form the foundation of HR Policy and Vodafone Spain, effectively operating in an HR Business Partner role.

Output of this process was cost saving on administrative fines and risk reduction related to headcount. Output of this process was the incorporation of 200 employees to Vodafone without any legal claims. -Advising managers how to conduct internal conflicts and compliance with internal processes. Output of this advice is minimizing risk of breach internal procedures and future employment claims against the business.-Advised the HR Director and Head of Labour Relations on unions and labour matters with employees. Included direct negotiation of the collective bargaining and design and implementation of a revised HR policy.
