MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Responsible for the transfer of Group reporting operations from the Switzerland Branch to Bucharest Hub• Produce specific IFRS based financial reports on behalf of one of the Company’s branches: statutory FS, inter-company process, Risk and Liquidity reporting, Basel 2 reporting• Back-up activities on Manual Entries process• Back-up activities on Regulatory Reporting process (local GAAP), reporting towards the National Bank and local regulatorsDEGREE OF AUTHORITY: • Report directly to the Head of Production Team• In charge with analyzing the quality of data and in discussing with other teams in Paris and in the other countries to find solutions for the eventual issues encountered• Responsible with the input of the correct manual adjustments in the limit of the delegation (threshold in amount by typology of accounts)• Accountable for the quality of reports delivered

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Delivery of monthly reports and analysis towards Board of Directors (both IFRS and local GAAP) and head office (IFRS): SOFP, SOCI, statistics and ratios by branches, budgets and forecasts• Review of month-end adjustments - IFRS vs. local GAAP: accruals, provisions for payables, receivables, fixed assets• Analysis of variances, evolution of performance and financial indicators: actual vs. budgeted, previous periods and forecast• SAP CO-FI module implementationDEGREE OF AUTHORITY:• Report directly to the Controlling and Reporting Manager, CFO or Board Members• Accountable for the quality of reports delivered and accuracy of data provided to the Group for consolidation purposes

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Participated in due diligence projects (September 2007 – September 2008) in various industries: logistics, auto, financial services, retail, constructions and others• Engaged in preparing detailed financial analysis (Buyer Due Diligence Reports) for the various companies • Member of audit teams (September 2008 – June 2009) for companies from various industries involving both Romanian and International Accounting Standards: auto, advertising, constructions, IT, retail and others• Executed audit procedures, such as obtaining an understanding of routine data processes, testing controls and performing substantive procedures (both analytical procedures and tests of detail)• Interacted with clients in order to collect all necessary information, set-up and maintain audit files• Prepared written communications such as client correspondence and other working papers that document the audit procedures performed, the findings and the results of the procedures usedDEGREE OF AUTHORITY: • Report directly to the Senior / Manager of the Audit Assignment • Accountable for the quality of reports delivered and audit findings
