Key responsibilities included:* Direct client acquisition through cold calling, introductions, venues.* Development and execution of a robust growth strategy aimed at active acquisition and retaining of HNWI clients.* Arrange business meetings with prospective (private) clients* Promote the company's products/services addressing or anticipating clients' objectives* Prepare sales contracts ensuring compliance rules and guidelines* Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.* Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support* Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers* Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople* The holding of training courses* Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs (CIS.
