• Coordinating the Protective Security & Emergency Response domains within the Team, overseeing the activity of 3 other team colleagues. • Had developed the Emergency Response management domain for Allianz entities, implementing the process & global requirements, ranging from setting up the ERM teams in various locations across the Globe, implementing procedures and conducting the ERM trainings and scenario testings with the teams. • Defined a multi-year scenario testing plan for multiple locations, taking into account the local threat assessments & local needs. • Implemented an internal Event Security tool for registering, tracking and approving events, including event ranking from a security perspective. • Travel Security, comprising of travel monitoring for certain travellers, especially to countries with elevated risk levels. • Rolled out Annual Physical Security program for multiple entities, with security assessment of local offices in scope. • Acted as a point of contact for Allianz locations in Europe and South Africa and liaised with the Emergency Response Central Teams/ Coordinator in the locations, providing updates on situations and offering advice and support as needed.

Monitor compliance with preset budgetary targets and achievement of objectives.• Development of business cases for investments supporting reducing cost within the security services contracts.• Lead numerous cross-functional project teams simultaneously.• Develop specific KPIs and build monitoring & reporting tools; conduct in-depth analyses and develop appropriate corrective measures and actions plans.• Lead the Annual Audit Program as part of managing contractor’s performance against contractual and legal requirements.
