I am a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the owner of Integrative Couples Therapy in Encinitas, California. I am deeply committed to helping couples and individuals forge connected relationships and create joyful, fulfilling lives. Specializing in couples therapy, my therapy practice offers a comprehensive suite of services including couples therapy, individual therapy, intensives, workshops, retreats, and presentations. At Integrative Couples Therapy, we provide compassionate therapy services to a diverse clientele. Our clients range from couples striving to rejuvenate their marriages, those facing a relationship or family crisis, and family business owners seeking better communication. We have a keen focus on high-performing professionals—including executives and entrepreneurs—and their spouses navigating personal and relational challenges.A cornerstone of my work is to eradicate the stigma surrounding marital and family distress and to illuminate the profound impact relationships have on mental health and overall wellbeing. I actively engage in community outreach, delivering presentations on these topics at non profits, businesses, and other organizations, promoting a greater understanding and proactive approach to mental health and relationship growth.I hold a Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Diego. My expertise is enriched by extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and I am currently on the path to EFT Certification. I have served on the Board for the San Diego Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy for six years and have earned certifications to enhance my ability to facilitate lasting change.Outside of my professional endeavors, I enjoy my time spent jogging, hiking, practicing yoga, the ocean, and creating lasting memories with my life partner and our children. Through both my personal and professional life, I strive to embody the principles I teach, creating a nurturing relationships with my family, team, and the many clients we serve.
