I actively engage in community outreach, delivering presentations on these topics at non profits, businesses, and other organizations, promoting a greater understanding and proactive approach to mental health and relationship growth.I hold a Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of San Diego. My expertise is enriched by extensive training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, and I am currently on the path to EFT Certification. I have served on the Board for the San Diego Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy for six years and have earned certifications to enhance my ability to facilitate lasting change.Outside of my professional endeavors, I enjoy my time spent jogging, hiking, practicing yoga, the ocean, and creating lasting memories with my life partner and our children.
