Based on that I partnered with internalorganisations but also with external suppliers to create a solid soft skills training plan which was thefoundation of a learning path that later on helped reduce the ramp-up of the new joiners from 7 to 3months but also ignited a new project to create a Resource and Skills management application forbetter management of skills on different projects.My main responsibilities were to:- Develop the Skills Gap analysis for the short and medium term- Update the existing training courses portfolio with new topics of interest based on theorganization’s needs- Develop and maintain relationships with external and internal training suppliers- Negotiate costs, demonstrate initiative and proactive organizational skills and superior attention todetail, to organize material, information, and people in a systematic way to optimize efficiency andminimize duplication effort Show less
