As Managing Director in Strategy & Consulting, I partnered with clients to deliver human-centered solutions to complex challenges. Our experienced organizational transformation teams, onboarded through acquisition in 2021, offer accelerators to people performance with operational strategies, process design, change management, experiential learning programs, leadership and culture alignment, and embedded team coaching. While serving in Managing Director role, I led global teams on delivery of enterprise talent management solutions, served as Interim Lead for Financial Services West with oversight of multimillion-dollar portfolio, and liaison for Client Account Leads and Managing Directors to define and deliver innovative learning solutions across industries. I served as guest speaker on Learning Innovation in client accounts to encourage human-centered, tech-enabled experiences embedded in flow of work to accelerate time to proficiency. Responsible for multimillion dollar talent management client portfolio target across life sciences and financial services in the US.

Managed day-to-day client portfolio operations while transitioning team during Accenture acquisition.
