Practiced with the firm’s Lender Services team, handling all Georgia non-judicial foreclosure matters for the firm’s lender and loan servicer clients, including residential and commercial foreclosures, forensic title examination, title curative actions, loan modifications, and loss mitigation. Created and managed all processes related to non-judicial foreclosure, post-foreclosure conveyance, title clearance, regulatory compliance, and quality control. Advised clients on regulatory and legal requirements for proceeding with non-judicial foreclosure, loss mitigation, and title clearance.

Handled commercial mortgage foreclosures and litigation for mortgage lenders and servicers, insurance carriers, medical device manufacturers, and other businesses. Specialized in representing lenders and servicers in claims related to creditor's rights, wrongful foreclosure, title, SCRA, FDCPA, RESPA, and TILA.

Handled litigation on behalf of mortgage lenders and servicers clearing title to land and defending against federal and state law challenges to foreclosure and eviction.

Handled litigation related to real estate and ad valorem taxation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions and supporting briefs, and appellate briefs. Successfully argued on behalf of Appellant before the Georgia Court of Appeals.
