Within 16 years, responsible for over 17 million dollars in business to business sales of clinical skin care products to medical spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, hospitals and burn clinics. Continue to be a Master Trainer for Environ products while bringing that sales through education forum directly to practices, educating over 5000 skincare clinicians. Since beginning as an Account Executive with Dermaconcepts, became top sales professional and Account Executive Mentor as well as Executive Committee member. Responsible for brainstorming and sharing with other executive members knowledge from the field that will make our company and our clients better. Increased territory size from 1 Account Representative in Eastern Massachusetts to a team of 3 Account Representatives in 4.5 states within New England and grew the territory from $200,000 annually to just under $3,000,000. annually. Continue to provide professional solutions for DermaConcepts and their clients including but not limited to; business development, account business consulting, menu development, pratice building and retention, professional patient consultations, hands on clinical treatments for age management, acne, hyperpigmentation, scar revision and general skin health.

Conduct large and small, private or public educational classes for professionals on topics including product knowledge, iontophoresis, sonophoresis, advanced chemical peeling, medical needling, acne, anti-aging, micro-current, treatments for hyperpigmentation, retail selling, practice building and patient retention. Travel throughout the US assisting Account Executives with their territory education. Create seminars for professionals in addition to the above that include acne through lifestyle changes, advanced skin analysis, patient consultations and medspa business development.

Business to business sales of a clinical skin care line of products. Present to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, med spas, nurses and estheticians in Eastern Mass. Continued to build the client base through educational events and direct business consulting. Utilized all Dermaconcepts sales drivers available for individual practitioners and businesses and became top sales executive within a few years. Assisted with the building of dermaconcepts sales tools, educational class offerings, marketing and educational material.

Addressed the needs of skin care product and equipment manufacturers, distributors, medical spas and practitioners by sourcing the industry's finest technology, products and education, in turn, delivering solutions via large seminars (both public and professional), workshops and direct business consulting. Created an ongoing advanced continuing education program for licensed estheticians, doctors and nurses. As part of this business I also had the opportunity to own and manage a salon and spa, as well as assist a few additional salons and spas in their management, business growth and development. As a salon / spa owner I managed a team of eight employees and within the first three months began to turn a profit.

Completed project to prepare the spa for turn-over to an independently run spa management company. Re-established the 6 treatment room spa, completed the relaxation area, expanded menu of services, added manicure / pedicure division and set up a product retail center. Successfully staffed all spa divisions for 7 day per week operation within budget. Integrated the spa with the health club by setting up events and cross-marketing.
