I work as a Health Coach and Personal Trainer - in person and digital @ www.cristionaaston.com. I am passionate about fitness, nutrition, health and wellness, and for many years I've had a career in these areas, along with modelling and acting.I am signed with 1st Options Models, Dublin and my acting agent is Ann Curtis. My diploma as a Health Coach is from The London College of Naturopathic Medicine. I have a certificate in plant based nutrition from Cornell University.Alongside this work I also hold a BA in law. I began my career with Cassidy Law Solicitors in Dublin. I have always had an interest in human rights, and am an active board member of World Refugee School (WRS) which leverages technology to provide quality education to displaced children or refugees and other deprived children in areas of need globally in an affordable, scalable, durable, immediate and certifiable way.
