- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports,- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, statistical modelling, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality,- Managing monthly and yearly statistical reports using divers Business Intelligence tools, - Managing Oracle for HR and Finance modules, - Developing and updating Excel, OBIEE and SPA dashboards, - Prepared actuarial analysis on risk for insurance and financial projection,- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs,- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

Contributing to the edition of statistical indicators to measure performance of Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) and International Patent System,Participating in forecasts and elaboration of forecasting methodology,Contributing to the development of performance indicators to measure the internal workload and quality of work of PCT Office.

- Contributing to the Launch of the quality system according to standard ISO9000/2000,- Training employees on the principles and methods of the internal procedures,- Describing and implementing the procedures according to requirements of standard ISO9000,- Controlling and correcting the internal procedures according to the standardization.

- Contributing to the statistical analysis of the internal procedures in Administration Headquarters,- Developing the statistical indicators on scientific research in the Swiss universities,- Controlling and updating data from all faculties on quality of the students’ assignements.
