Prepare and maintain employment records related to events, interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations, hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork, inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, and promotional opportunities, address employee relations issues, and maintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws.

Review engineering drawings and specifications to ensure jobsite conformity, construct bid submittals, invoices, cost analysis, and budgets, maintain frequent communication practices between engineers, contractors, and subcontractors in regard to scheduling, invoices, and payments, and monitor and track jobsite progression throughout the state of New Mexico.
