With over 12 years experience in the retail wireless industry and half of that time as a part of the management team. I have grown and developed the skills to lead a team to success. I lead by example, continuously motivating, coaching, training, and holding team members accountable. I am also currently pursuing a Master's degree in Educational Technology with concentrations in Technology Leadership and E-Learning. My goals are to graduate within 2 years and to continue to grow within the company to become a Consumer Sales Trainer.
