(Water, Energy, Productivity, Training)• Manage Clean in Place programs, Additives, Detergents, and Lubricants.• Review monthly service and performance reports with quality, packaging, and brewing management.• Annual review of the business with senior management and define objectives and priorities for the following year.• Identify areas of opportunity in the client's processes and present a technical and commercial proposal.• Enforce preventive security policies to ensure the well-being of my team.• Develop the talent of my work team.Achievements:• Implemented a new lubrication program that saved our client lots of money and 43,852,560 gallons of water in 2016.• Increase in sales of 20% per year sustained during 2016-2019.• Development of a new product for descaling and disinfection program for beer tanks that have promoted improvement in the client's microbiology results.
