With over six years of experience in urban development, I specialize in promoting resilience and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) initiatives. In 2015, I began to engage in the design and supervision of critical infrastructure projects, especially in areas such as education, health, and housing, aimed at supporting vulnerable communities in Mexico.Since 2020, my focus has shifted to coordinating the localization of the Sendai Framework, from global to local levels, in Latin America and the Caribbean. My expertise includes the development and implementation of thematic tools for risk analysis and resilience governance at subnational levels, including climate resilience, inclusion of persons with disabilities in DRR, Multi-Hazard Early Warning Systems, resilience of cultural heritage, gender equity, and resilience of the health sector. Additionally, I have contributed to updating DRR plans, identifying funding opportunities, and coordinating regional initiatives to improve access to financial and international cooperation resources.I invite you to explore my profile, and I look forward to connecting with you.
