The synergies created with a company focused on the development of applications had optimized the methodology developed previously and the company offered innovative management solutions to its customers.In 2016 he decided to tackle a new professional challenge and orientate his professional career towards Data Science and Business Analytics focused on the application of modern analysis tools and techniques to human resources management, creating Analyticae. Subsequently, the business line focused on People Analytics gained strength and HRscout was created, a company that it currently manages.He has worked on all types of customers implementing dashboards and doing projects in all areas of human resources, such as personnel management, payroll, management by objectives, performance appraisal, recruitment, staff development, training, planning cost, organisation etc, for clients such as Banco Santander, Red Eléctrica de España, Grupo Cosentino, CEGASA, SAICA, Holcim, EUROPAC, ACCIONA, REPSOL etc..
