My name is Cristofer Ramirez and I am a graduate of San Jose State University in the Kinesiology department as well as a minor in the Nutrition department. I chose a specialization in Exercise and Fitness Science for my major and Nutrition for Physical Performance as my minor. Sports and physical activity have played a huge part in my life from when I was a child and gained tremendous knowledge and discipline through people I look up to such as coaches. Coaches play a big roll in character development and those roll models develop leaders and hardworking individuals. I would want to share my passion for sports and fitness by working with others to improve all quality of life through exercise.
