Cristopher has 20 years of extensive experience in project leading, design coordinating, construction operation and project management of a significant number of international and local projects in all phases of Civil and Building Construction.From being a strong Civil/Structural Engineer and in a role as a GHD's Project Manager, He oversee the tender, project design, schedule, budget, resources, procurement, execution, Quality, HSE and closeout processes. He also make sure that projects are delivered as intended, suitable for their intended use, on time, and within budget, all the while upholding quality control, fire , life & safety, environment, and security protocols and resolving contractual disputes.In both the public and private sectors, He have managed and overseen projects. These projects have been in the fields of oil and gas facilities, bridges and roads, maritime construction, aviation, tourism and events parks and centers, high-rise construction, retail, and commercial real estate. The Value engineering and Design & Build contracts are well-known to him as they were practically always utilized in his projects. Of this experience, Cristopher has spent more than 17 years working specifically in the MENA region. Familiarity with the International Building Code, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Fire Codes and the NEC in addition to General Construction Practices.
