Key Responsibilities:Sourcing Strategy:* Identify and Engage Candidates: Using job board(LinkedIn Recruiter and Monster) and Google X-ray sourcing to look for potential candidates, contact passive candidates.* Candidate Screening: Conduct pre-screening calls for initial interview to collate applicants experience, contact information, location and availability.* Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of the role and the qualifications required.* Market Research: Stay abreast of trends and innovative sourcing techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.* Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with past applicants for future job opportunities.Admin and Database Management: * Is in charge of managing new hire database using CRM such as SharePoint/Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot* Collecting good candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs using Excel.* Resume formatting and build a database of all candidates base on their specialties.Job Posting:* Track and update company website for hiring roles using Wordpress.* Track, posting and update hiring roles using LinkedIn Recruiter

* Admin to different tools used to sort out employees personal information including their records inside the company.* Is in charge of managing candidate databases for specific client(Amazon), as well as regularly reporting these data.* Responsible to manage ATS(Salesforce) records.* Sourcing for hard to fill technical roles such as in IT industry and marketing excutives.* As a tenured employee, I am also responsible in mentoring teammates or colleagues in order for them to learn more/new techniques to improve their skills and to do their job easily.

* Implements tactical sourcing strategies for job requisitions given by hiring managers, recruiters, using job boards and other web-based sourcing technologies* Sourcing in any type of industries like IT, Engineering, Pharmaceutical / Healthcare, Food industry, Marketing and Creative services positions using any kind of job board such as (Monster, Linked-In, JobStreet, Indeed.com, Career Builder, ZipRecruiter and etc.) and in social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.* Developed and maintain sourcing networks and relationships with various career centers and talent pipelines.* Frequently commended in employee satisfaction surveys for being responsive, positive and collaborative in any team's tasks and activities.

* Update internal databases with new employee information.* Maintain accurate records of employee details.* Gather payroll data, such as leaves and working hours.
