As the Senior Construction Manager for Transseed Group Inc. I am responsible for overseeing the construction and implementation of all telecommunications networks and infrastructure services provided by our company. With 12 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, as a Senior Construction Manager I possess a deep understanding of the technical aspects of telecommunications construction, including Isp/ Osp fiber optic networks, wireless towers, and data centers. I am responsible for all of our employees in the Houston Market.

At Structured Communications we serve communities best by upgrading and installing civil telecommunications infrastructure from large residential nodes "fiber directly to the home or curb" as well as mainline fiber optic cables connecting CO's to Small clusters or nodes as well as PFP cabinets, called "OSP" or outside plant equipment along with providing "ISP" services installing FDF, MDU fiber optic cabinets feeding gigabyte technology directly to your multi-family buildings or directly to businesses throughout metropolitan cities located the USA for multiple service providers.-I am proficient in reading, editing prints as needed for explanation, change orders, red lining, and closeout.

As a fiber optic / telecommunications project manager I was responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic networks. My job description typically included the following responsibilities daily:-Planning and scheduling: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for fiber optic network installations, upgrades, and maintenance.-Coordination: Work with internal teams and external contractors to ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated and executed smoothly.-Resource management: Manage personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure that all project tasks are completed on time and within budget.-Quality control: Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability.-Risk management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the project timeline or budget.-Communication: Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and contractors.-Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including budgets, schedules, and resource utilization.-Training and development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

-Work primarily involved installing fiber optic and copper communications cables by using a JT 920 horizontal drilling machine and excavation equipment.-Labored digging with all kinds of hand tools and equipment to pothole and locate existing cables.-Trained in SEPTA Confined Space Work Procedures as required for entry into confined spaces per At&t as well as OSHA.-Installed, diagnosed, made repairs to existing telecommunications equipment. This includes voice, data, fiber optic equipment systems and cabling.-Installed conduit, messenger system tracer wires for locating, equipment housings, grounding systems, and power cables. -Made grounding terminal connections for fiber optic cables.-White lined and called in all utilities locates and pot holed to find existing cabling or other utilities -Operate Caterpillar 20 series, Volvo 228 mini- excavators to dig out dirt / concrete base sites for fiber hand holes and trenching to and from existing hand holes or manholes to PFP equipment as well as placing PFP equipment.-Installed fiber cabling from manhole to manhole and recorded sequential footage numbers per operation and took pictures of before, during and after work was completed for closeout.

-I worked as a Apprentice Electrician alongside Journeyman repairing problems within the electrical system of the Wireless Industry.-Worked with journeyman on AT&T retail stores upgrading cabling and local DAS’s. -Terminating Cat5,Cat6 cabling, wreck out of old equipment,racks and cabling and installing new equipment, racks cable trays, ladders and switches. -Worked with carriers AT&T, Sprint, Cricket, T mobile, Verizon on service calls to restore electrical service to cellular towers in multiple markets across Texas from multiple issues arising from natural occurrences, piracy of metals, and manufacturing defects in equipment. -Built Platforms and installed new Cellular tower buildout Sites per RFDS. -Installed Charles, Teleco and breaker panel boxes and wired/setup generators onsite. -Installed RBS and BBS Cabinets to spec.

-My team planned cell phone tower up-grade’s, preformed the upgrades, and demos per the service provider. -My team went to sites and inspected/surveyed jobs for proper personnel and equipment needs. -My team took high line measurements of towers and accessed measures by using formulas to create projected path and range. -Worked with other crews to align microwave sites together to complete a network backbone.-Com Trained for tower safety and high structure rescue. CPR/First-aid Certified and safety trained for survival/medical needs in rural areas. -Some jobs require us working with cranes, and other heavy lifting equipment to assist with flying sensitive radio frequency equipment along with antenna mast array equipment into place on the tower as needed up to several hundred feet in the air. -As a team we completed sweeps of equipment/cabling and logged and stored data for reporting and overall performance of network and cabling before submitting all docs to proper service provider. -We provided the logistical support as a first responders to a new market in Louisiana.-As a market lead I initially set up logging and planning for the New Orleans, Louisiana market.-I also participated the POA’s for sites and also JSA's for site safety communicating to personnel and conducting tailgate meetings explaining safety hazards that pertained to that particular site as well as nearest hospitals and procedures for arising injuries that could occur during our scope of work.

-Helped journeymen with electrical projects and tasks required by the daily jobs. -Pulled wiring, completed circuits, terminated wiring to breakers and bent and installed conduit, installed transformers and high voltage 3-phase wiring for school portables and basic electrician tasks like installing plugs and lighting switches, mounted lights, instrumentation and automation.
