Perform quality inspection to incoming material from several vendors, different material commodities like wood, steel, plastic, hardware and electronics. Inspections are based in AQL C=0 sampling plan, create FAIR’s for New Product Launches. Weekly follow up MRB quarantined material agging and disposition. Knowledge in use of metrology equipment like caliper, height gage, protractor, spectrophotometer, density meter to measure foam deflection. Support to production floor.
