Primary Responsibilities:•Manage 2 programs/accounts with a total of 160+ FTEs and 8 Supervisors.•Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.•Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.•Meet weekly/bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly with assigned client and Customer Success for performance review.•Create and manage long-term goals.•Develop a budget and operating plan for the program.•Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.•Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.•Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team members performance.•Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved.•Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding program issues and decisions on services.•Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.•Analyze program risks.•Develop and improve the Supervisors' knowledge of the campaign processes, metrics, goals, and strategic planning.

Primary Responsibilities:•Lead and inspire a team of 20+ Patient Care Specialists to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction.•Monitor daily workflow and ensure that correct procedures are followed.•Keeping up-to-date with business development and new product lines.•Support the Program Manager to highlight operational risks and areas of improvement.•Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary.•Identify system and workflow improvements to enhance the team’s efficiency.•Meet regularly with the team on performance as well to conduct weekly/monthly/annual reviews.•Perform other duties as assigned.
