Current- Image, deploy, maintain, repair, and upgrade PCs, laptops, thin clients, printers, and handheld devices.
- Monitor ticketing system for new tickets and follow up on open/past due tickets
- Ensure that support ticket information is current, accurate, and complete. Document the resolution.
- Proficient with end user Citrix and thin client support.
- Proficient in Identifying and repairing network basic connectivity issues
- Maintain documentation and hardware inventory
