My name is Cristopher Reyes Esquivel, and I'm a first generation graduate from Washington State University, graduating with my Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration Accounting. While a student of Washington State University. I was involved with multiple leadership roles that helped me foster various different skills. Such positions include being a mentor for WSU Multicultural Student Program. Being a mentor helped foster my communication, collaboration and team management skills. As I helped first year students transition into college it helped me foster these skills that are important with in my degree. In addition to my involvement as a mentor, I was also involved with in WSU Multicultural Greek Life. Serving multiple positions with in my fraternity but most noticeable as the president. Being involved with in Greek Life and my fraternity showed me the importance of accountability and professionalism. Through out my time as president I was awarded the President of the Year Award by MGC (Multicultural Greek Community).My time as an undergraduate and my involvement has helped me develop into the person I currently am as I seek my next journey to continue to develop my professionalism.
