 Managed the manpower base on the time frame schedule of the project or equipment installation and inspect the E&I quality of work Test all the I/O of the PLC and the instruments response base on the PLC program requirements.  Leading E&I on technical and other project related issues.  Generating project progressive report/ review and coordinate with Project Manager and customers’ concern personnel for technical issues.

 Ensure all process systems and associated subsystems are operated and maintained in the following manner: All instrument calibrations are performed at the appropriate interval and completed by the assigned due date. All equipment operation is in accordance with general regulations, procedures and policies. All process equipment and areas in a constant state of inspection readiness Collect and organize technical data from equipment manufacturers, equipment users and Engineering personnel. Assist on purchase of new instruments and spare parts with identification. Continuously evaluate the operation of all process systems and associated subsystems. Identify specific process improvement needs and provide recommendation for system upgrades.

 Carry out the calibration and maintenance work of all types of field instruments such as conductivity meter, various types of transmitters (temperature, pressure, level, and flow transmitter), I/P converters, VFD or inverters, recorders, level switches, gauges, and Think Top cluster valve AS-interface module configuration and calibration Responsible for the maintenance on centralized process control system which was built by Tetra Pak called the Tetra Plant Master, such as PLC trouble shooting uploading programs on HMI, setting drives and monitoring all the process done by the operation department for any by-pass on the system. Responsible for the maintenance on electrical and automation of all the machines and instrument in filling section for fresh milk and Juice, such as empty bottle unscrambler, bottle rinser, PET bottle filling machines (Fogg and icon fillers) , labeler, shrink film machines, tray packer, and crates stacker

 Responsible for maintenance on automation of all UHT milk pasteurizer plant such as GEA, Tetra Therm , Tetra Alsafe, JuicyTherm pasteurizer, L&T pasteurizer, Tomato pasteurizer and Ice cream plant and including all the CIP instruments (ALCIP 300 and ALCIP 10)  Assigned in PET bottle filling and plastic division in a sister company for planning and supervision on electrical and automation maintenance of all machineries and instruments in mineral water and carbonated soft drinks plant. Responsible for electrical maintenance of all machinery in plastic department such as blow film extruder machines, injection moulding machine for bottle caps and PET preform, PET stretch blowing machines and pelletizer machines. Responsible for supervision of all local (Yemeny) technicians/electricians on maintenance on all equipments or automated process.Accomplishments:  Modified PLC program in ice cream plant for more appropriate CIP timing process. Designed a protection circuit for all compressor of the 6 chiller units (for Incopak)

 Responsible for operations & maintenance of 4 units of MAN B&W 9L 32/40 diesel engine & 4.15 Megawatts LEROY SOMER power generator including its auxiliary equipments in the power plant, such as boilers [waste heat recovery & fire tube boiler type], lube oil purifier, pumps [centrifugal and screw type], air compressors, cooling towers, etc. Repair of electrical equipment such as control panels’ assembly, motors, dumpers, fire alarms, crane, meters, exhaust and duct fan, lighting fixtures, etc. Task to create daily consumption report for chemicals, water and oil consumed and calculate the generated wattage for documentation in a monthly report as required for monitoring purposes.Accomplishments: Designed an Alarm system on utility equipments such as all boiler steam header high and low pressure alarm, Cooling tower water low level, Lube oil purifier sludge high level using Samsung N70a Fara series PLC.

 Responsible for operation and maintenance of Flex foil machines which do packing the tennis balls on foil pack to preserve the bounce performance of the balls. Record the necessary monitoring and maintenance reports of the flex foil machines and monitoring the quality output of the machines. Prepare purchase requisition of required electrical and mechanical spare parts
