Starting almost from zero, with the help of the different business units from Portugal I developed EFACEC Central Europe subsidiary, created the team, implemented the necessary procedures and lead the sales growing EFACEC turnover from 1.8Meur to 13Meur in 3,5 years. Implemented several projects in the Region in the Energy Sector (Automation, Switchgear, Power & Distribution Transformers and Servicing), Environment Sector (successfully built 4 WWTPs, 1 WTPs, 3 Solid Waste Treatment Plants, 1 Sewage Networks) and as a Turn-Key contractor for Power Generation (Wind - 45MW in Romania - and Solar - built more than 100MW in 3 different countries in the region), Power Transmission and Distribution (HV/MV 400kV, 220kV, 110kV, 20kV substations) and Industrial Sector (Automation and Electrical package). Defined and implemented the strategy for selling EFACEC medium voltage energy distribution products in Romania and Bulgaria using several channels (Distribution, Integrators and Direct Sales).Also responsible for company business activity in the Balkan region (Serbia, Bosnia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia and Albania) since end of 2015.

Critical Software SRL was a business plan developed and proposed to Critical Software SA board (www.criticalsoftware.com) that I have setup from zero starting in July 2007 in Romania, Bucharest. As Executive Director I was involved 100% in all company tasks since its creation to its development. With a initial investment of 14Keur, I have taken care of business development, sales, company administrative tasks, accountancy, human resources, operations, team creation/management (selection, leadership, motivation) and strategy definition. Main Achievements: - Profitable company since 1st year of operations. - Created a team of 21 SW engineers. - Successfully Achieved ISO9001:2008 TickIT and AS9100 Quality Certifications. - Implemented partnerships with big local IT companies like: Teamnet, Romsys, Intrarom, S&T, Siveco.
