At InsAB, the first social innovation startup, we aim to assist companies and HR professionals in embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within their leadership and teams. Our unique tool, the Culture of Generosity, emphasizes generosity with boundaries to drive meaningful DEI initiatives.In collaboration with "Meninas Digitais do Vale," a project from the Federal University of Ceará, we developed a platform to diagnose, analyze, and measure six key indicators: productivity, work environment, absenteeism, turnover, diversity, and generosity. This platform helps companies understand their internal social challenges and devise strategic actions aligned with ESG and corporate social responsibility goals.Our first project with SESI in Campina Grande delivered remarkable results. After a year of implementation, we saw a 25% increase in productivity, improved engagement in DEI activities, and heightened awareness through the creation of a dedicated DEI Committee.I am proud to lead these initiatives, promoting productivity and innovation while ensuring emotional well-being. Our data-driven programs not only comply with local legislation but also continuously improve and deliver measurable results across Brazil.

After two years as Executive Director for Brazil, I was promoted to Global Logistics Director at Soltec. Based in Spain since 2019, I lead global operations and drive new logistics projects worldwide.Managing a 300-person team, I oversee critical transportation categories and logistics contracts, ensuring compliance with international and national regulations. I established global procedures for packaging, loading, unloading, transportation, and inventory management.
