Technical support to users in remote offices with the need to share resources between them and remote servers.Preventive and corrective maintenance to workstations, WAN links, network printers.Data backup and migration PC to PC.Guarantee access to shared and remote resources.

• Helpdesk support to 40 workstations and 2 servers at the headquarters of Saetha Design & Systems.• Web resources administration (domain and hosting, mailserver, web servers, VPS, dedicated servers)• Helpdesk support (On demand) for several customers with multiple workstations, and client-server applications in a variety of different businesses: hotels, clinics, public offices, industry.• Networking projects and technological infrastructure for clients in the public and private sector.• Coordinating logistics for equipments and supplies for structured networking projects. (Managing vendors, orders, deliveries, returns).
