CRM Specialist, Frontend and Backend Developer, under the First-Mobile and SOLID philosophy, I accompany people and companies to execute effective and high impact B2B and B2C Marketing campaigns using both in-house and third party CRMs.

My contribution in this project focused on the design and HTML layout of the mailing campaigns, as well as the maintenance of the related websites. I also participated in extensive testing, emailing and A/B testing to improve the effectiveness of the campaigns. I used SEO tools such as Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Google to optimize the visibility of the mailings in search engines.

The main challenge in this project was to provide consulting, development and technical support to solve problems related to hosting and hosted websites. We used Slack and Meet for communication, Bootstrap, HTML5 and CSS3 for website development, Sublime Text and Visual Code as code editors, and PHP for programming. My contribution included virus and malware removal, content migration, website deployments, component adjustments and ongoing technical support. Thanks to the experience in these tools and technologies, we were able to guarantee the security, stability and functionality of the websites.

Maintenance of the e-Learning portal, our main challenge was to ensure the proper functioning of the system and provide an effective online learning experience for users. We used tools such as ScriptCase, PHP, MySQL, jQuery, HTML, CSS and Microsoft Office Suite to maintain and update existing components, as well as develop new components and improve the interface. In addition, we administered and configured the Moodle platform to ensure its optimal functioning. My contribution in this project included the development of new components, visual updates and administration of the Moodle platform, using the mentioned tools.

Complete layout of several graphic pieces for email campaigns. Our main goal was to create a fluid and engaging user experience, ensuring that messages and calls to action would effectively reach the recipients. We used tools such as XHTML, HTML tables, CSS, JQuery and Liquid to create responsive designs compatible with different email clients. In addition, we implemented Braze.com to manage and personalize the campaigns, including segmentation, in-app messages, SMS, content cards, push notifications and A/B testing. One of the challenges was to ensure compatibility and proper functioning of the templates in various mail clients, so we conducted extensive testing in different popular mail agents. In my contribution to the project, I focused on the layout of the graphic pieces using XHTML, HTML tables, CSS and JQuery, in addition to performing compatibility tests and necessary adjustments to ensure the correct display and functionality of the pieces. I also worked in collaboration with the Regional UI/UX team to ensure that the designs met the established requirements.
