Salesforce, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Dynamics 365 are platforms that when succesfully embedded within an organisation, can bring real gains in productivity, business insight and organisational collaboration.Recent projects include:● Supporting a Manchester based Not-for-Profit organisation to implement Salesforce to keep track of their Funders, Partners and sector wide Contacts. The Salesforce platform will assist the organisation in keeping track of critical funding opportunities, whilst nurturing potential new funders and partners.● Supporting a large recycling consultancy to implement SharePoint 2013 Online, Dynamics CRM Online and Office 365. Provided the organisation with data migration planning, user training and information governance, and IT support across the business.● Leading the implementation of a SharePoint 2010 Server, including: software testing, creating, configuring and managing site collections, content creation, libraries, lists and MySites, and providing training and support to business users for a medium-sized Community Interest Company (CIC). ● Providing software testing and project management support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 (including the Role Tailored Client) and a website integration project. ● Working under the Expert Patient's Programme CIC.● Led the project to deliver this national £15.2m Department of Health funded project to support carers in understanding some of the obstacles they may face in their caring role. ● Managed the day-to-day operational activities, key team members and collaborated with a network of 40 project-funded organisations.● Led marketing communications initiatives, including hosting public speaking engagements, and worked closely with our marketing agencies.● Developed our online training portal for carers working with third party organisations.● Collaborated with external developers to create a bespoke database system.● Reported to the Project Board and the Department of Health and attended project reviews and contract negotiations.

● Managed the Young Carers Service for large charity based in the South East.● Supervised the day-to-day line management of team members and volunteer workers.● Managed budgets and provided grant reports to funders, including: BBC Children In Need and the Big Lottery.● Collaborated with multiple agency teams to develop our local Young Carers strategy.● Coordinated fortnightly support groups working with young people aged 8-19 years.● Conducted risk assessments of proposed residential breaks and activity days for the young people.

● Managed the day-to-day running and development of the Young Carers service for a Cambridge based young people’s counselling and support service. ● Worked closely with multi-agency teams as part of Child in Need and Child Protection proceedings.● Provided one-to-one support to young people helping them to address challenges or difficulties they may be experiencing.● Provided Child Protection support and training.

● ProQuest is the leading electronic publisher for humanities periodicals and library reference databases online. They provide access to billions of searchable pages of academic research for universities, public libraries, the BBC, NHS and other organisations. ● Led the Quality Assurance function to test the software for our 70 online and 50 CD based products in the EMEA region. ● Managed PVCS Tracker defect monitoring software.● Collaborated with Software Developers, Design, Technical Support, Data Conversion, Publishing and Sales Teams.● Successfully fed our findings and recommendations into the product development programme. ● Provided test-ware documentation to the business team.● Screened, recruited and developed the software testing team.

● Led the testing of Marconi Communications’ Equipment Management Operating System (EM-OS) for the management of Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) telecommunications exchanges for a number of high profile customers, including British Telecom.● Trained in basic telecoms engineering, to ensure the successful delivery of the project.● Undertook the revision of functional specification documents, test scheduling, test execution and software defect analysis. ● Developed test cases and test scripts through the analysis of technical and functional requirements.● Planned and executed timely stakeholder communications.

● Worked on an Oracle-based Customer Billings and Contact Management System for United Utilities.● Led the testing and validation of converted customer accounts brought into the Oracle database from the legacy ICL system via bespoke software.● Facilitated faster and more accurate testing, by writing a number of SQL and UNIX scripts to report on, and summarise, large quantities of converted data. ● Revised our Functional Specification Data-Maps to ensure the software met pre-defined business requirements.● Collaborated with the Software Development team, Business Advisors and Project Manager to ensure that we delivered the testing programme according to agreed timescales.
