Overall, I am an objective, diligent, and passionate worker when it comes to group dynamics, leadership development, and civic engagement. With over 18 years of experience working within the field of Higher Education, I have aided in the enhancement and development of several departments and offices ranging from student activities, centers of leadership, and residence life. Through innovative thinking, teamwork, and collaboration, I strive to better the operations and practices within the area of work I am involved with in Higher Education. Be it helping others learn how to utilize new technology, assessing practices and evaluating events, or creating new programs, I commit myself to making the relationships I experience symbiotic as not only do I seek to make the work experience better, but I grow and develop as a professional as well.I have noticed common trends among men & women of under-represented populations that seek an establishment of identity, recognition, and validated immersion on different campuses. I strive to hone my skillset and education towards developing systems and methods of success that people of all backgrounds may benefit from by being more knowledgeable and aware of their own strengths, areas for opportunity, and advocating for self and others.
