Having had over 20 years’ global experience in enterprise-wide Knowledge Management, Marketing, Sales and CRM, I have had the privilege of working with and developing people, processes and tool-sets, both 'bottom-up' and 'top-down' across a multitude of organisations (with various ontologies), their customers, competitors, partners, suppliers, end-users, think tanks, consultants, communities etc.Each of these organisations has their stories of success and failure, each of them has had their days of celebration/reward and austerity/cuts. This aside, each of them have continued to succeed in improving their net profits to-date.One thing that sits at the heart of every successful organisation is it's people, products & services fulfilling the ever evolving known and unknown needs and wants of its customers - on time, on quality and on cost (at a profit of-course).
