I work with Behind the Bricks social media blog at RIT to create videos that inform students about what is happening around campus. Once a project is laid out I film on site gathering footage of events, conducting interviews, and doing content research. I take the footage and edit it into a video to share on social media outlets.

As the Director of Media I ran the Media department of Camp Seneca Lake for the summer of 2015 but my job actual began in November of 2014. During the year I worked on multiple video projects for the camp while we spent time looking for people to work in the media department. Once the summer rolled around it was my job to over see all employees hired for positions in the media department on a daily basis. I had to make sure the where on track with the task handed to them as well as help in any way that I could. I also had to oversee and communicate with the video production company, Business Lunch Productions, that we contracted to come and produce videos for big budget camp programs. In total Business Lunch worked on four larger projects and made over 20 videos for camp in the summer of 2015. All of the videos were produced in conjunction with camp seneca lake and the projects were overseen by myself. On top of all of this I was also responsible for the filming and editing of camps daily life. I would spend the week gathering footage and then create a recap that week with a short film that highlighted all the great things the campers hand done. I was also the lead graphics professional for the camp. Any sort of print work or design that was needed, I created.

Camp Seneca Lake

In the Summer of 2014 I worked at Rochester JCC's Camp Seneca Lake as the Associate Media Director. It was my job collaborate with the media team, consisting of myself and two others, to come up with and make everything media related to the camp. We created a total of 37 videos of the course of eight weeks, including a 90 minute documentary on the camps signature program Color War. This documentary was created in collaboration with Business Lunch Productions.

Seneca Lake

I was a Camp Counselor at Rochester JCC's Camp Seneca Lake for three consecutive summers in a row after attending the camp as a camper from the summer of 2004 - 2010. For three summers I was a bunk counselor who would spend the day with a bunk taking them to each activity area. My duties also included creating unique programs for them to bond and grow together as a group. I also lived in a cabin with them. there are two sessions each summer both three and a half week longs.
