-Mobilization Readiness Program: Managed the readiness cycle of a 23-personnel unit, ensuring world-wide deployability to support manpower requirements of the Naval Reserve Component.-Technical Combination Inspector : Conduct inspections on naval assets to maintain and enforce materiel readiness standards mandated my U.S. Congress. Aggregate inspection total: 200+ assets.

- Crisis Management/ Operations: As Assistant Battle Watch Captain in a 24-hour watch center for U.S Naval operations, managed a team of 13 personnel in full spectrum operation center functions. Responsible for crisis response, emergency actions, and executive communication to the senior executives via phone, video teleconference, and live briefings.-Arctic Initiatives Program: Managed the ramp-up of this program, conducting geothermal analysis, threat analysis, and mission operational planning to provide options to the commander (4-star Admiral) for the way ahead in the arctic region.

Maintenance Program: Managed a maintenance portfolio of four ships (net asset value of $350M) globally distributed while forward-deployed to Europe. Identified, reported, and tracked urgent and routine ship maintenance requirements, ensuring maximum operational readiness.

-Engineering Officer: Responsible or 1 of 2 main propulsion engines and 30 personnel division. In this role, exhibited technical proficiency and strong leadership and management skills to drive the team to success during two training and deployment cycles.-Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure (VBSS) Boarding Officer: Sole officer responsible for a 21 person team of advanced tactical operators responsible for conducting the unit's maritime boarding operations. Managed the 12-week training schedule for new members, the continuing education requirements for current members, and build the annual training plan to ensure deployability.
