Worked with internal and external stakeholders to source requirements, research, and architect bespoke software solutions in the AdTech space.

Hired on as the second engineer at eVetPractice. Worked on developing and maintaining their cloud-based Veterinary Management platform built using C# and ASP.NET MVC hosted on Windows Azure. Managed data conversions and migrations from other systems. Worked directly with clients and performed large scale data updates to fix issues and make requested changes. Led a global team in processing conversions after an increase in customer demand.Joined Covetrus after they acquired eVetPractice. Currently working on building a new cloud-based Veterinary Management platform using a microservice architecture and incorporating technologies such as C#, Angular, Apache Kafka, and Windows Azure. Obtained a SAFe Scrum Master certification and took on a dual role as engineer and scrum master. Leading an engineering team through the scrum process including iteration planning, reviews, and coordinating communication with other development teams.

Developed new features and maintained the code bases for the Agency Information Manager (AIM) and Tax Manager desktop applications built on technologies including Delphi, SQL, Crystal Reports, and C#. Worked on a team that utilized scrum and agile software development strategies in both remote and non-remote capacities.

Worked on unit repairs for various types of electronics, mainly scanners, printers, and handheld tablets. Developed repair procedures for various units in order to speed up the learning process for new employees.

Managed user accounts using Active Directory, monitored network activity using Wireshark and Nmap, troubleshooted problems with student and teacher workstations as well as the classroom electronics (projectors, printers, etc).
