I’m passionate about translating project visions and objectives into reality, offering tangible results in line with client's expectations. In over 20 years' between London, Italy and Spain, I have worked in a variety of business environments: design and build, traditional PM consultancy and client side, delivering projects for international clients such as The Office Group, MatchesFashion, Foresight Group and BAA.My main experience and passion sits in the commercial sector, especially interiors fit-out, working on large and complex projects ranging from 6,000 to 120,000 Sqft and up to £20M value.As a Project Director, I support the entire team. I am the link between the design and construction team and I apply my organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills to lead all phases of the project: from inception to design, tender, procurement, construction and completion.Able to interact with people at all levels in the organisation, I am relatable yet with a strong sense of leadership. I believe a successful project is the product of each individual's effort and I like to promote a strong sense of collaboration within the team.
