Consult with developers and owners to determine lay-out of plans•Read and follow electrical and mechanical schematics, blueprints and diagrams•Prepare job site for installation by clearing area of obstacles and debris•Size, configure, layout and install feeders, wires, switchgears and conduits•Test and troubleshoot existing systems in need of maintenance or repair•Obtain precision measurements by utilizing volt and ohm meters, meggers, IC testers and dial indicators•Start/Stop Station, VFD’s, Motor Starters and PLC’s•Adheres to codes and safety regulations on all projects•Maintain an inventory of parts for immediate and emergency repairs•Climb towers, work in confined crawl spaces•Install all electrical wiring for remodel projects•Report all unsafe activities and potential hazards•Document all work preformed•Clean worksite, haul trash and debris, clean tools and equipment

Cut, weld, and fabricate various types of metal•Operate saw and carriage, loader, knuckle boom, and fork lift•Purchasing: bearings, belts, chains, and other various parts•Install starters, limit switches, motors, and control wiring•Sharpen and replace teeth on circle saws•Supervise work to ensure accuracy and completion of work•Prepare an agenda for night shift maintenance •Prepare/plan for next day work schedule•Weekends hours for preventive maintenance

Ran Voortman plasma machine•Change-out plasma heads daily•Cut proper lengths and angles on metal material (angle iron, i-beams and channel iron)•Maneuver heavy objects using overhead and jib cranes •Operate flux cored wire welder•Clean work area, and machine/equipment daily

Set-up scaffolding, and perform prep work for laying brick/stone•Mix mortar and supply brick/stone •Clean area daily, and upon completion of project•Set up forms and level ground for concrete pour

Weld catwalks, bollards, and various parts on trucks and trailers•Buff and grind welds•Level and fit pipe accurately •Clean and make work area ready for welder/s

Operate loader, knuckle boom, trackhoe, and fork lift•Electrical maint. (motor replacements, lights, and minor control wiring)•Mechanical maint.
