In my role, I currently work with Corporate and Commercial Online Banking, working closely with Relationship Managers and business partners to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. I provide comprehensive client support for deposit services and Treasury Management products, acting as a subject matter expert to guide clients through complex banking inquiries and resolve issues related to account implementation, funds transfers, stop payments, and transaction discrepancies.I act as a liaison between clients, internal departments, and external vendors, ensuring that Treasury Management clients receive timely, high-quality support for all products and services. I am responsible for resolving escalated client issues, delivering exceptional service via phone, email, and other communication channels, with a focus on professionalism and one-call resolution.Additionally, I take an active role in leadership by coaching and mentoring team members, fostering a high standard of client service, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements such as the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, and Regulation E. I also provide backup support for management and contribute to the development of team members through training and guidance, serving as a subject matter expert within the department.
